Sales Development Representative


  • We are looking for a high achieving sales development Representative (SDR) to join our US Sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business pipeline in mid-size / large enterprises, working closely with our sales leaders.


  •  2+ years’ experience cold calling in high-tech & software sales

What we expect from you:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and pass them to Sales team. Build strong relationships with prospects and drive new logo meetings 
  • Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with senior leadership/contacts within target accounts
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve successful prospect outcomes
  • Partner with sales to effectively create account/territory plans
  • Partner with the marketing team to follow up on all leads from marketing activities
  • Deliver predictable performance and results on lead follow up
  • Meet or exceed all activity metrics assigned

You must be:

  • Ambitious, creative, goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset
  • Able to build meaningful business relationships with prospects
  • Comfortable and experienced in cold calling into C-Suite
  • Quick to learn new concepts and technology 
  • Able to thrive in a start-up environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Required skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience lead generation or cold calling in a high-tech or software space
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Excellent verbal, written and analytical communication skills
  • Experience in prospecting and account development techniques
