Bayestree’s three founders have between themselves 25 person years with SAP and 14  person years in ML leadership with Microsoft not to mention a decade with McKinsey, Siemens and  leading global Telcos and PEs. Sainapse, Bayestree’s ML product  - Sainapse to reimagine customer engagement and experience, is purpose built with multiple patent pending technologies. Sainapse is already at play with two Fortune 100s, multiple Big 4 Audit & Advisory firms and other enterprises  across Pharma, Telco, Education Services, Automotive and now Financial Services as well.

What we expect from you:

In this role, you need to

  • be hands on
  • plan, schedule & release products including designing customer acceptance criteria
  • lead documentation activities including working with external vendors 
  • ensure Licensing Compliance for all the add-ons to products
  • roll out slew of capability releases
  • work with Product Management & CTO to realize outside-in as well as inside-out requirements into products
  • work with partners in eco-system for accelerated adoption of products

You must have:

  • 7-10 years of software program management experience 
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Sc 
  • passion for technology leading to digitalization of the domain of enterprise customer support
  • strong ability to communicate across teams 
  • ability to collaborate across organizations, partners, customers and chain of management
  • passion for creation of technical white papers
  • familiarity with basic AI/ML technologies
  • ability to steer end to end delivery of large enterprise products including NPI (New Product Introduction) under Linux and Java Dev Env 
  • ability to create roadmap for enterprise products
  • ability to lead a team of Program Managers for delivery of enterprise products including planning, scoping, scheduling and release management under agile environment
