You will drive improvements in scalable ways using machine learning technologies supported by low touch account management team. Operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, you will have full responsibility for achieving business objectives and be the voice of the customer; identifying potential issues and working closely across multiple stakeholders in order to solve problems using technology and improve processes. We expect that you can work autonomously, think both strategically and tactically, and take full control and responsibility for achieving your goals.

Roles and responsibilities:
You provide the deep product expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic product decisions. You analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. The role spans many activities from strategic to tactical and provides important cross-functional leadership — most notably between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams.
You are responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the product that the engineering team builds. This means you lead cross-functional teams from a product's conception all the way through to its launch.
