Sainapse, Bayestree’s AI product to reimagine customer engagement and experience, is purpose built with multiple patent pending technologies. You will drive improvements in scalable ways using machine learning technologies supported by low touch account management team. Operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, you will have full responsibility for achieving business objectives and be the voice of the customer; identifying potential issues and working closely across multiple stakeholders in order to solve problems using technology and improve processes. We expect that you can work autonomously, think both strategically and tactically, and take full control and responsibility for achieving your goals.


15 years of relevant experience with demonstrated track record of building B2B deep products and scaling

Roles and responsibilities:

You provide the deep product expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic product decisions. You analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. The role spans many activities from strategic to tactical and provides important cross-functional leadership — most notably between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams.

You are responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the product that the engineering team builds. This means you lead cross-functional teams from a product's conception all the way through to its launch.

You must be:

  • Passionate about CRM and /or service management, machine learning and customer empathy
  • Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and business challenges by analyzing and modelling data
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects that delivered measurable results within a large organization
  • Extensive know-how of negotiation process
  • Experience in P&L or profitability management
  • Deep understanding of CRM/service management with 5-7 yrs of experience in a fast paced environment
  • Team working skills and willingness to roll up sleeves
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners for the program
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders
  • Ability to work with teams remotely with effective influence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from a leading business school
  • 5+ years of service management experience
  • Prior experience managing service management
  • Working knowledge of / willingness to learn machine language 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
  • History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership
