Bayestree Intelligence is an Accel funded deep tech enterprise AI product startup founded in 2017. Sainapse, Bayestree’s ML product - Sainapse to reimagine customer engagement and experience, is purpose built with multiple patent pending technologies. Sainapse is already at play with two Fortune 100s, multiple Big 4 Audit & Advisory firms and other enterprises across Pharma, Telco, Education Services, Automotive and now Financial Services as well.

Required skills:

  • 2-3 years relevant business analysis experience in product implementation.
  • Exposure to structured & scaled software development life-cycle methodology (preferably Agile or Iterative development)
  • Experience in working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally to arrive at a solution
  • Must have an eye for detail and analyze/relate to the business problem at hand
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop & maintain good relationships with all business and systems stakeholders
  • Strong customer awareness with the ability to manage customer expectations
  • Support short-term and long-term tactical & strategic business activities through analysis
  • Develop, recommend and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes


The candidate will engage directly with business stakeholders to:
Identify business-driven needs

  • Provide insights into leading practices, industry standards, and trends
  • Perform current state analysis on business processes and target state creation
  • Review existing and create requirement documentation, use cases, epics, and user stories
  • Identify gaps and recommend action plans and prioritization
  • Produce concise yet effective business requirements
  • Create process maps and wireframes
  • Data Sourcing, data mapping, and data lineage for a data system
  • Manage delivery and quality assurance
  • Creation of test cases and end to end testing of deliverable 
  • Provide training and documentation
  • Monitor and respond to feature and support requests
  • UAT Support and postproduction support


Other preferred skills:

  • SQL and data modeling knowledge
  • Understanding of Cloud Concepts
  • Advanced excel
  • Concepts of AI and ML
  • Visio and UML Skills
